Return and Exchange Policy


  • Return and exchange period is 10 days from the delivery date.
  • You need to send an e-mail to info@feyz.co by specifying the product you want to return and the order number. When your e-mail reaches us, the process will be started.
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the buyer.
  • You can send it with the courier company you want, at your own expense.
  • The product to be returned or exchanged; must be unused and undamaged in its original package with its invoice.
  • After we receive the product, after checking its compliance with the return conditions, a refund will be made to your card. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for you to see your refund on your card. Your refund will be made in the same way you made your payment.
  • International shipments are excluded from the scope of returns and exchanges.
